Is Real Estate Marketing your problem?

Is everything working right in your real estate investing? Are you doing the amount of deals that you want to be doing? If not, then I know what your problem is.

Even without knowing the details, I can say that every problem you may have in your real estate business can be traced back to marketing. If you don’t have enough leads, it is a marketing problem. If you can’t sell your house, it is a marketing problem. If the leads you are getting are not panning out, it is also a marketing problem.

I could go on, but I don’t want to bore you. The bottom line is: Marketing is key to any business. The right marketing can grow your business so fast you will be astonished. So if you are having problems, go back to the basics of your marketing and find out what you have to change.

Eventually, all the time and money you spend on marketing is worth it. Even if the marketing strategy fails, it is still worth it because you found out what doesn’t work. So, keep trying and keep learning, but 50% of your effort in your business needs to be focusing on marketing.

If you are not marketing online, then you are missing out. In my opinion, 99% of your marketing should be online. You will not find a better ROI on your marketing than the marketing on the Internet.

This is a guide I thought I would write after thinking a little while about all of the blackhat video marketing techniques that are out there. If you haven’t already heard of these methods, then for a short explanation: You download videos, watermark them with the url of your site, re-upload them to youtube and other video sites. None of that is realy too blackhat though, and this method isn’t very black hat either. In fact, this method is totally whitehat, until the end when you’ll have the opportunity to choose between blackhat and whitehat traffic. This isn’t a new method, this is just an under saturated area for marketers to use right now.

1. Write a how-to article and post it on your blog. (You could just make a video from scratch and put that on your blog but that’s not very smart)

For example; How to fix your xbox, how to neuter your dog, how to cheat on your wife and get away with it, or etc…

Then of course you’ll want to monetize your blog and blog posts with affiliate links and adsense to maximize your profits. The more traffic your video gets, the more clicks to your website, more profit ($$$) you make in a factual theory sort of sense.

2. Video tape yourself, or your computer as you complete the task you wrote about in For this article, I would basically just read off of this page into my microphone, and have me scrolling up and down the page frantically as if to make the video interesting. Or to make things interesting I could go to Azoogle Ads, or some other affiliate network and show you the sign up process.

To video tape your screen you could use hypercam, camtasia, camstudio, fraps, or etc

3. Open your video in some sort of video editing software once you’re done. I prefer to just use windows movie maker since the editing process is very simple.

4. Now that you have the program open in your video editor you can narrate the video if you haven’t already. What I would do is read the article I wrote to correspond to what you’re doing int he video. You can add annotations and links in your description on youtube, and other video sites.

5. Add the url of your website as a subtitle on your video. This way people will know where the video came from no matter how it is shared. You can include direct links to your website or blog post in the description of your video also.

6. Now is when you decide whether or not to promote your videos with blackhat methods. Depending on the quality of your videos, blackhat might be the only way to get a good view count.

Whatever you choose to do, this method could get you lot’s of visitors, and a niche video channel that many people will subscribe to if you create informative videos. Good luck video-affiliate-marketers.

Dispute Experian

To dispute Experian you must compose a dispute letter and mail it to them. Upon receipt of your letter they will investigate the disputed item.

However the first step is to request a copy of your credit report. This can be done for free from annual credit report. It is your right to have a free copy of your credit report from each credit bureau once a year.

When you have your credit report you must identify what listings are inaccurate or incorrect. These will be the listings that you dispute.

You will dispute the items by creating your dispute letter and mailing it to Experian credit bureau. Once they receive your letter they will determine if it is valid or invalid.

If it is found to be invalid then they will write you requesting more information about the dispute. If this happens you will need to respond accordingly and provide the requested details.

However if your dispute is found valid they will conduct an investigation. During an investigation they will contact the creator of the listing and ask them to verify the account, the dates, and the amounts.

Often investigations will result in removal of a negative mark. This is due to many businesses not verifying debts because it costs them money to do so.

A credit repair service can also be hired to remove negative credit from your report. With this option you only need to identify the marks you wish to dispute and the service will do the rest.

The advantage of having a service is in case the listing is verified they have advanced dispute techniques they can use. These include; escalated dispute information requests, debt validation, and creditor direct intervention.

If you have multiple bad credit items you wish to dispute then I suggest hiring a service, in addition they will have no problem getting a valid dispute submitted. However if you only have one or two bad credit items to dispute then you can do it yourself.

You should also know that a dispute letter must be sent to each credit bureau. Failure to do this and the other two major credit bureaus will still show the negative listing even if Experian removed it from your report.

In sum you can remove bad credit items from your credit report. To do this you must dispute the item with each credit bureau.

Second, is he or she suitable for a long-term partner?

I like to do business with people who are interested in long-term relationships. I am not a quick fix guy. I do not like a relationship where we are together for one short period and then that is it. I am always looking for that. I am looking to see if they have created partnerships or done projects together with other people in the past? If they have, then I would even go as far as contacting some of those people.

Right after he contacted us, I called a person I knew had dealt with them in the past and asked him about his experience with the famous guy. The person I called told me many things and this was really useful for me.
