Unless they have patched it since the last time I played it (months ago), this is not the case for everyone as it glitched for many people as far as restocking. This is why I pointed out at the start of the video that if a person was one of the lucky ones that had a restocking store then I hated them.
to have it restock you have to sell the average furniture you trade out with the luxury after you redecorate then wait like a day or two and they should have restocked i hadnt even unlocked westcliff when got that acheivment
Master Hammer w/ +gold and lightning attributes added. The master hammer can be purchased from stores as the game progresses, rarely offered at first then it’ll be progressively more common.
Just play the game. I did not use any cheat/glitch. If you keep buying up property whenever you get a chance and putting it out for rent (even @ -20% income to improve Good standings), be smart/stingy with potion use so that you’re not wasting a ton of money re-supplying and take a job to five stars (wait until you can do the beer pour job, it has a very high income/min vs effort required), then by the time you get to Bloodstone your income should be ridiculous without needing a cheat or glitch.

easy buy property raise the rent to max disconnect eithernet from your xbox save the game go to dash board change the year to a year foward log in and there u go but dont be conncected to xbox live while you do this nad when u save log into live changes the time for you and repeat

an easyer way to do this is you know those really cheap houses by the graveyard road and the rook ridge road get 5 star furniture put in all the furniture you can and sell one of the houses i mentioned
