Fox News Forgets Private Property Rights?

Despite all the warnings about looming socialism and even communism coming from Fox News these days, the concept of private property rights seemed wholly absent when Fox News’ Megyn Kelly reported on a controversy in Gaffney, South Carolina, that resulted from a Bank of America branch’s temporary removal of American flags placed on its property by Brenda Earls to memorialize the death in Afghanistan of US Marine Lance Corporal Christopher Fowlkes, as I show in this video. The 3 short FAIR …

  1. “Most liberals such as yourself are just poor and or minorities that are jealous of the rich and or white races success.”

Phew, I needed a good laugh today. Thanks for that.

  2. Lot’s of people call the US flag the “stars & bars” being that the design consists of “stars” and “bars”. Most don’t know the difference including them. I didn’t until now. A lame attempt at race baiting by the LiberalViewer.

The rest I agree with. Until you (LiberalViewer) start doing to the other news stations (you agree with) that you do to FOX. You are just as bias and ignore bias you agree with.

  3. hmm i thought when u live in america you have the right to choose wether u want a flag or not. freedom anyone?

  4. If Kelly was a lawyer why is she on fox? Have you ever heard them say they were sorry for misinformation? They have ratings because people think there’re the reality circus in town and like in an accident you watch but do not know why.

  5. I think you are way over analyzing fox news. I didnt even catch that the women was referring to flag planting on private property as a freedom, in fact she may not have and probably wasn’t. Most liberals such as yourself are just poor and or minorities that are jealous of the rich and or white races success.

  6. Since you asked…I guess they must be talking about the right to trespass.

I don’t remember reading about it in the Constitution, but I’m sure it must be there since Fox so vigorously defends it.

  7. The bank has every right to remove the flags. It is their property. But the interview was not about “rights” The interview was how Bank of America made showed a little lack of compassion and patriotism by removing the flags. And I have a right to not solicit Bank of America because of their lack of compassion and patriotism. Again, they can take the flags off, their property. But I can call them a-holes for not saluting a fallen hero.

  8. Makes me wonder how fox news would of spun the story if they really were “Stars and Bars” confederate flags being planted on the bank’s private property.

  9. My point is, if she had asked if she could; she probably could have.
Plant a few flags for an agreed amount of time might not have been a problem.

  10. Does anyone realize the liability this bank is being exposed to? When a kid falls off his bike and impales themselves on one of these flags, are they going to sue the bank, or the people that planted the flags? The bank manager was absolutely correct in removing these flags…

  11. It’s not at all “bizarre” I refer to a prosecuted act of unethical behavior. It would be bizarre if I struck up jargon over a case that hasn’t hit the books as of yet… we hope it’s a “yet”. W and Cheney’s good was Oil. It wasn’t respect for fallen soldiers.
    - The justification is a projection from your mind. I took no responsibility via asking a question.
I do think the property is private enough that all she had to do was say what she would like to do to whomever makes cosmetic decisions.

  12. “You need to go back to school and learn some history. ”

You need to reread the US Constitution and let me know if 90% of what our government does is even authorized by the Constitution. We do not vote for them to give us goodies. We elect them to obey the Constitution, and they can’t even do that.

  13. There is gonna come a time when these guys are gonna paint your house red and blue and leave your garage white without your permission and when you throw a fit, they are gonna call you a commie.

    It’s a coming.

  14. Being ANTI-FOX IS being PRO-American. They are fascist propagandists in a VERY Goebbelesque way.
