How can you say that Israel’s succes has nothing to do with America aiding the military financially, when the bloke in the video so strongly stresses how important the military discipline, that all Israelis learn, is?

It can not.

All the start ups are privately funded most of them getting investments from American and foreign venture capitalists . do some research and you will see astounding numbers being invested into Israeli company’s from foreign investors.

That maybe true, but all that money they save by not having a military budget can be used to help do start ups and innovation.
