It’s not everyday I agree with a Fox News story but this is one of them.
That’s completely out of line. I could see where CA would have an argument, perhaps not right but justifiable, if all of his decorum were ponongraphic or downright offensive but they’re getting all up in arms over a BBQ and a tiki hut because it touches public land? Really? You disappoint me California.
If the woman working for code enforcement is in a job of making any type of decisions, it is easy to see why CA is bankrupt! Fire the liberals and take back your state if you can?
Mr. George McNamee, you live in a Communist State of California. There are several more communist control states in the union. When you live there, please expect that your American Constitutional liberties will be denied to you for communist purposes and reasons.
If they make him move it I hope he finds a legal way to make them eat their words. Wonder what laws they have a agaisnt foul smells in CA. Afterall it is a craphole.
Please also forgive my lack of time for further explaining my view. I’ll try to hop on here next evening and maybe we can discuss this further if you would like… Thanks..
Ok… You’re on a kick, but you are being mature about it (for that you have my respect and I’ll try to deal with this respectfully).
First, I want to state that I’m not affiliated with a party, but I am a Constitutionalist. I believe in the smallest government possible but just enough without our nation seeping into Anarchy (pretty much what our forefathers intended).
Because of this, ANY government acquisition of land/property by state without criminal warrant IMO is an act of treason.
Are you honestly suggesting that this instance is treasonous? It’s f*cking stupid, yes but I think you’d do well to study what actually constitutes treason.
As for Krazeass, this is entirely American. The state has long fussed over minor-moderate issues regarding property rights – how many times have people been forced to relinquish land with money stuffed in their hand because the state has a purpose for the land? Many times.
I’m not surprised. The Californian government is so disconnected from America. That’s why anytime you hear about anything outrageous and/or treasonous to our constitution, it’s usually coming from California.
Glad I don’t live in kalifornistan.

Also ‘this idiots’ is nonsensical.
What has the world come to?

They need to stop controlling the people. Private property! Get the Hell off!
@BrownLabs A hit man would have been cheaper.
Communist’s, dictatorship, whatever you call it, it’s not
American. People needs to take this idiots out.
If they are not elected to hell with them
The unelected commssioners are playing Russian Roulette with private citizens. I wouldn’t want to be in their shoes.
