Pretty much everything you’e heard about the recent Supreme Court decision from politicians and the news media is a lie. I try at least a little to set the record straight. Here’s the Supreme Court’s decision: www.law.cornell.edu

Which is, of course, stupidly wrong.
The reason it’s STUPIDLY wrong is that it’s blatantly obvious that you can go all KINDS of harm to someone in a failed attempt to kill them. Look at Larry Flynt. He was the victim of an attempted murder, and it put him in a wheelchair and left him in constant pain for many years. There are people left maimed, crippled, disfigured, and/or traumatized from murder attempts EVERY DAY.
Actually, the more dangerous a drug that people actually WANT to use is, the better the argument for legalizing it becomes. Or are you not interested in harm reduction?
Lol you have my chair…
It’s my pleasure to give your video an honest 5-star rating! Yours is the best video on this important Supreme Court decision — and the lies around it — that I have seen. Using government power to crush free speech and dissent goes back a long way, so a Supreme Court ruling like this is nice morsel of good news for a change.
Outsourcing is primarily the result of heavy regulation. Did you know that companies spend more money complying with regulations than they make in profits?
For what it’s worth, I didn’t vote you down.
Thinking about it again, I guess what irks me most is just the dishonesty large corporations exhibit.
Evading taxes by outsourcing to countries where US taxes don’t apply, and where labor is cheap, is a dick move. No individual could do it, so why can corporations?
And of course, labor unions also engage in dirty tactics from time to time. I’m not on the side of labor unions either.
Disregard my previous comment, if you would be so kind.
illegal drugs one of those things that the libertarian inside of me says go for legalize them, but then i think about public safey and the fact that its really stupit to do.
… pot is the only one i would consider but employers should be able to drug test people still and terminate them if they are positive
hey Shanedk,
I rarely agree with you, but your videos really challenge my thinking and I don’t dismiss what you have to say just b/c I disagree. Thanks for continuing to post such thought provoking videos.
I never accused anybody of anything.
I simply said that attempted murder harms no one.
You can’t want this ridiculous health care plan AND freedom at the same time. This bill will be the largest single loss of freedom in this countries history.
heroine barely kills anyone? Well as long as you said it, it must be true right?
That is the stupidest thing anybody has said to me in a long time.
It is obvious you don’t get the point I’ve been trying to make either.
Duh, that should be COMMITTING libel, obviously.
You’re just a fascist. Admit it. You want your type of freedom for everyone. Guns, no drugs. Political corruption, but no health care. And as far as kids dying in the street from heroin, i think you mean alcohol. Heroin barely kills anyone. You don’t know much, do you?
Thats bulldung. A gun does alter your mind. Numerous psychological studies have found that the mere presence of a weapon, or even a fake one, dramatically increases the aggression in human interaction taking place in eyeshot of that weapon. Not to mention the power trip involved. It’s killed billions. Drugs…. maybe a million in all of history if you don’t count alcohol. Speaking of which, you must want that to be illegal too, eh?
Why the hatred of freedom, Kurackrock? Freedom necessarily implies risk and a lack of safety. Obviously you’ve never been free, or you would pay no heed to the inherent risk.
In the words of one opium lover: Those who would trade their freedom for security deserve neither.
If you accuse someone of doing something that rises to the level of a serious crime, you ARE preventing libel.
That was not my point. My point was that it wasn’t really a libelous statement.
Attempted harm? But nobody was actually harmed right? Isn’t that the same old schtick you’ve been trying to shove down my throat for the last 2 days? Nobody was harmed!
Not an argument from incredulity. Argument from reason and logic.
If your judgment is screwed up, your ability to be responsible suffers. It is really that easy.
A lot of people take drugs, and are responsible. But it is impossible to be responsible in the act of taking the drug.
Also, read the news much? Why are the experts always surprised? Experts surprised by stock market.. experts surprised by low temperatures.. If they are experts they should get it right at least half the time.
So, can you honestly say a person who has eaten bread has never attempted murder? BAN BREAD!!!
Attempted murder is attempted harm. Smoking a joint is not IN ANY WAY attempted harm against ANYONE.
Get off your high horse. I never said any such thing.
All I said was attempted murder harms no one. I never said drug users are the same as attempted murderers.
And even if I did say that, can you honestly say a person on drugs has never attempted murder?
KurNorock, libelous comments are NOT allowed on this channel. People who use drugs are NOT the same as people who attempt murder. Your comment was removed. First warning.
